The Suma Farm Cat Hotel Office Hours Will Adjust Slightly Moving Into 2022.
Happy New Year from all of the team here at Suma Farm! As we settle back into our usual routine after the festive season, there will be a slight change to the Cat Hotel Office hours. However, please don’t worry, this won’t have any effect on the team looking after your cat(s) or the pick up/drop off times available.
From the 4th January 2022, the office will be closed on a Wednesday and a Sunday. We will endeavour to return calls and reply to any emails as soon as possible upon on our return.
The cattery team will still be working away on site, and so if there is any emergency someone is here to help. If your cat is staying with us or due to arrive/depart and there is a problem, please call the emergency mobile number found on our contact us page.

Monday to Saturday (Closed Wednesday and Sunday)
10:00am – 12:30pm | 2:00pm – 4:30pm
We still require appointments to be made for drop off and collections, so as to continue with our contact-free process. This is in accordance with Covid-19 Regulations. Appointments can be made at the time of booking or closer to the time. However, an automatic booking reminder email is sent via our system four days before your booking commences which prompt you to confirm these details, if you haven’t done so already.
