CANCELLATION POLICY DURING COVID LOCKDOWN EASING.
As we are now in a very difficult situation with the Covid restrictions limiting the number of rooms we can offer, due to the number of trained staff we must have on duty, we request a non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit of 20% ,(or minimum £20 if less), of the booking fee within 5 days as per our T&Cs. This will hold the room for your cat until the full boarding fee becomes due, 21 days prior to the start of the booking.
As everyone is aware there is a risk of cancellation at the time of booking, or potential changes to the current lockdown plan, our cancellation policy stands that should the booking need to be cancelled for any reason other than a new local lockdown measures or other Governmental restriction affecting our service to you, the boarding fee is not refundable within 14 days prior to the commencement of the booking.
We are a business that is currently not required to close during lockdown measures and cannot accept ‘provisional’ bookings during this time. Any booking that is made must be done so adhering to the terms and conditions to allow the business to continue.
